The BIOS on the ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 is clean and comprehensive. This BIOS is essentially the same as the Taichi line uses, but with a spiced up skin to match the Phantom Gaming line. The simplified page offers a lot of information and functionality, while the advanced section gets nice and granular.
OC Tweaker in particular is well organized and efficient. My only gripe with this BIOS is that mouse navigation has more lag than in some other BIOSes I have used, though keyboard input was snappy and responsive. For the rest, I'll let the screenshots do the talking:
