The BIOS on the ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9 Taichi is quite good and very comprehensive. This BIOS is essentially the same as the Taichi line uses, but with a spiced up skin to match the Phantom Gaming line. The simplified page offers a lot of information and functionality, while the advanced section gets nice and granular. OC Tweaker in particular is well organized and efficient. My only gripe with this BIOS is that mouse navigation has some pretty serious lag, though keyboard input was snappy and responsive. For the rest, I'll let the screenshots do the talking:
