Packaging
Aside from the mouse, one finds a USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable, ROG polling rate booster, wireless extender, wireless dongle, set of replacement feet, set of grip tape, carry pouch, stickers, and quick start guide in the box.
Weight
My scale shows around 54 g (+/- 1 g), which is exactly in line with the weight cited by ASUS. For comparison, the original Keris Wireless weighed 79 g, whereas the larger Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro weighs 63 g, and the slightly larger, open-bottom LAMZU Thorn weighs 54 g, too. An excellent weight.
Cable
The Keris II Ace comes with a paracord-like, braided charging cable (USB Type-A to Type-C). The cable is unchanged compared to the charging cable of previous, recent ROG mice, and ranks among the most flexible ones, allowing one to play while charging without feeling overly restricted. Its measured length is 2 m.
The charging cable also functions as an extension cable if used in conjunction with the wireless extender. The wireless extender can be used to keep the distance between dongle and mouse as short as possible. The wireless extender has a metal clip that can be used to clip the extender to the mousepad. A storage compartment for the wireless dongle is located on the underside of the mouse, though a compartment door is not present.
Feet
The feet on the Keris II Ace are pure PTFE (Teflon) feet with slightly rounded edges. They are of average thickness and glide very well. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure. Since the feet recessions are larger than the feet themselves, larger-sized feet may be installed, including the set of larger replacement feet included in the box.
