Shape

As is almost tradition with ASUS mice by now, the shape of the Keris II Ace has little in common with its predecessor. The shape of the Keris II Ace may even be called generic, in that it closely follows the Zowie EC archetype, with the only unique traits being the widened front, which is somewhat reminiscent of the Cooler Master MM731, and the fact that the main buttons are framed by ledges now, similarly to the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. Other than that, the shape is almost entirely standard right-handed ergonomic fare: a centered hump that slopes down gradually towards both ends, notably raised left side, and both front and rear flare out to a moderate degree. Relative to its length, the Keris II Ace ends up slightly wider around the middle, which makes it a much better fit for larger hands than the very narrow Keris was. Overall, a wholly non-offensive design.

As for grip styles, I'd say the Keris II Ace is mostly suited for palm and claw grip. It is a medium-sized mouse with a moderately pronounced hump, yet rather wide, which makes it more suitable for medium to large-sized hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the Keris II Ace perfectly comfortable in claw grip.

Dimensions

This table includes the dimensions of the ASUS ROG Keris II Ace and several other right-handed ergonomic mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler. For a full list of all measurements taken, please refer to this sheet compiled by an esteemed community member.
