Assembly
Installing the motherboard is done with the use of screws and spacers, a traditional approach. Thanks to the larger size of the chassis, you can now also fit proper tower coolers or, as mentioned before, liquid-cooling solutions.
Installing a traditional hard drive requires the use of an appropriate tray. These larger trays may be used for 3.5'' or 2.5" drives. Installing a large spinning storage unit requires you to apply the rubber grommets and screws to pin it down. Once in place, simply put the filled tray back into the case and screw it down with its thumbscrew.
Adding an SSD to the system is done in the exact same fashion. Simply secure the drive before placing the tray back into the chassis.
With everything installed, the Pandora ATX makes a clean impression due to its well-placed openings in the motherboard tray. The Velcro strips hold most of the cables in place, which has the backside look nice as well.
Finished Looks
With everything in place, you can see the glow of the red LEDs from the board through the window. A white LED below the power button let's you know that the system is on.
The LCD in front can be seen through the plastic panel. We won't detail the screen too much in this review since it is exactly the same as in the original Pandora. You can read all about it
here.
The large window shows off all the major parts within the system. Should you install liquid cooling in the front, you will also see the fan and radiator assembly. In the rear, everything looks like you would expect it to. Notice that we installed the metal bar on the bottom of the chassis as well to complete the Pandora ATX.
