A-Data

At the A-Data booth you could see the new Vitesta DDR400+ and DDR500+ memory modules on display. The 2GB 400 MHz kit can run at 2-3-3-6 timings while the 500 MHz modules can do 3-4-4-8 and 2.5-4-4-8 at 200 MHz.

There were three new modules for DDR2 users. The 667 MHz modules come as 2 GB kit and run at 3-4-4-11 (3-3-3-9 at 533 MHz). The 900 MHz ones do 5-5-5-18 (5-5-5-18 @ 800 MHz and 4-4-4-11 @ 667 MHz). For the highest end the 1000 MHz series has been created which features timings of 5-5-5-15 (4-4-4-12 @ 800 MHz and 4-4-4-8 @ 667 MHz).

Another new product from A-Data is this registered memory. The big chip in the middle is a special driver chip which improves the signal strength to the memory lines. This is mainly used in server applications.

A-Data also has acquired an exclusive Disney license to make memory products. While these USB sticks may not be so perfect for men, I'm sure your girlfriend will love them as present.
