Packaging

Cooler Master ships the MasterBox NR200P MAX in a full-color cardboard box with an image of the case on front and a blow-up diagram on the rear, alongside some marketing text. On the sides, you will find carrying holes and additional specifications as well as another image of the chassis.

Two foam spacers hold the case in place and protect it from damage during shipping. While the package of our sample had been squished a bit, the case itself was just fine.

Contents

There are two additional boxes within the package. One holds the additional glass side panel you may swap to if you'd like. It is 4 mm thick, which is nice to see as most brands have settled for 3 mm.

Inside the smaller package is a bag with black screws and several zip ties. In addition to this, Cooler Master includes a branded PCIe riser cable you will need to install a dedicated GPU. A manual guides you through the whole assembly process in a nice and detailed fashion.

As the MasterBox NR200P MAX comes with the built-in 280 mm AIO, you will also receive all the usual mounting hardware for any modern AMD and Intel sockets. Lastly, with the retail-grade SFX PSU also a part of the bundle, Cooler Master has thoughtfully included all the spare cables of the modular unit alongside the power lead. This means you could take the unit and use it in a different chassis and configuration just as well as if the PSU were bought separately.
