The cooler's white and black design contrasts nicely with the rest of the system. As shown and described further below, it also means that turning the LEDs on is going to make it stand out well.


Memory and graphics card clearance is superb, with no problems to report on our test bench.


The ARGB lighting on the pump is fantastic, with the color uniform in both intensity and color. To be honest, it's one of the best implementations I have seen, and the images and video don't do it justice. Another way to look at it is that traditional designs with ARGB LEDs look great too. However, you will typically come across dim spots or minor changes in light intensity, maybe even some flickering. With the Capellix LEDs, minor changes in light intensity and color due to LED spacing are gone. I didn't notice any flickering, either. If Corsair would be so nice as to put these in their fans, so they match, it would be perfect. Well, at least for those who must have their RGB lighting, I suppose.
