CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi Review

A Closer Look

The CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi is pretty much exactly the same as the base H7 with a few upgrades. The same "Hive Fin" design is used here, along with the same forty aluminum fins.

The tower itself is slightly offset, which allows for maximum memory clearance. A single wire is run down the side of the heatsink to power and control the LEDs.

The top plate, which is made out of black plastic, has the CRYORIG logo prominently displayed and, you guessed it, will light up when the cooler is in use. As seen here, the H7 Quad Lumi utilizes four heatpipes as opposed to the base H7, which uses three. This boosts the cooler's maximum TDP to 160 watts. Also visible are the bottom LEDs which help illuminate everything in whatever color you please. Finally, the base and heatpipes are nickel-plated, with the base only showing minor imperfections.

CRYORIG coupled the H7 Quad Lumi with a QF120 LED fan. It uses an HPLN (High Precision Low Noise) sleeve bearing, has a PWM range of 330-1600 RPM, and features rubber acoustic vibration absorbers to reduce noise output. Of course, it also features LED lighting; however, unlike the heatsink, the fan utilizes white LEDs.
