The Gamer Storm Lucifer from Deepcool has a unique color scheme all its own. Green, silver, and black make for a great bit of contrast with a splash of color. While not everyone will appreciate the fan's color, it should fit a reference NVIDIA GPU pretty well.
Considering the size of the cooler, it's nice to see that there are no clearance issues when it comes to the motherboard's heatsinks.
Again, it is easy to see that the Lucifer won't have any issues clearing the heatsinks on most motherboards; however it does in fact block the motherboard's first expansion slot.
Like most heavyweight CPU coolers, the Gamer Storm Lucifer looms over two DIMM slots. Using memory modules like Corsair's Dominators Platinums won't be possible with this cooler setup in the traditional way. However, this issue is common to nearly all of today's high-end air coolers. That said, users can install any DIMM they want if the fan is installed to the rear of the cooler. This is also true for the cooler when it is used to passively cool the CPU.
