I spent a week with the ECS A85F2-A Golden before beginning my performance testing by running various configurations and APUs and checking hardware compatibility. I verified our power consumption numbers using several different power supplies and played a few hours of games with some members of the TPU community to get an overall feel for the board and to verify stability. Once completed, I tore down the system, mounted my Corsair cooler, and put the board through the paces. I will, as with other recent reviews of mine, let the numbers do the talking.

Seems like the reported clockspeeds are correct, which means the ECS A85F2-A Golden offers a bit more out of the box performance on the CPU side of things.
