BIOS Walkthrough

The BIOS on the ECS Z170-LIGHTSABER greets you with a page that looks like it's out of the 70's, while more advanced pages are available at the press of a button. I found all the required options I needed, including controls for the board's lighting, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to take a screenshot in BIOS. Somehow, I managed to get the four images shown below onto a thumbdrive, but I have no idea how I did that. I tried any number of button combinations and presses in order to get screen grabs of all the options, but success eluded me. So what I did manage to get is shown below. Voltage options (not shown) could use better granularity.
