Fan Control and Options

Fan TypeRangeInterval
CPU Fan0 ... 1001%
System Fan0 ... 1001%
Fan speed is controlled by temperature, actual minimums dependent on fan ability.

The ECS Z370-Lightsaber has a total of five fan headers, two at the board's bottom edge, one at its right edge, one at the top, and one just under the northbridge heatsink.

The header on top and the one under the northbridge are CPU fan headers. The one on the right edge and the one on the bottom-right are system fan headers. The last one on the bottom-left is a power fan header. Oddly, the eSF software only allows for control of the CPU headers and first system fan header. There are no PWM or DC options, just some presets for speed curves as well as a custom curve option. Compared to other entries in the Z370 lineup I've seen so far, fan control on the ECS Z370-Lightsaber is lacking sorely.
