Aside from the mouse, one finds a quick-start guide in the box.
Weight
My scale shows around 74 g (+/- 1 g), which is largely in line with the weight EVGA cites. Considering its medium size, lack of holes, and the presence of features such as side buttons on the right side and an additional LOD sensor, the weight is more than reasonable.
Cable
The X12 comes with a paracord-like, braided cable. Compared to the cables of non-8000 Hz mice, the cable on the X12 has more shielding to ensure signal integrity at 8000 Hz. As such, when replacing the stock cable, it is strongly recommended to use either a shorter cable or one with similarly strong shielding as unexpected behavior may otherwise be introduced, especially if external sources of interference, such as EMI, are present. In terms of flexibility, the cable is roughly on par with the Corsair Sabre RGB Pro cable, and thus soundly beats the cables of the EVGA X15, X15, and Razer Viper 8K. Its measured length is 2 m.
Feet
The feet on the X12 are regular black-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet. Glide is decent.
