Noise and Fan Speed (Increased Temperatures)

I am not a fan of the semi-passive operation—the fan-stop feature—because of the internal heat build-up the fan has to work hard to remove afterward. In this case, the fan starts at high RPM, and with over 750 W load, spins at maximum RPM, which is loud.

Noise and Fan Speed (~30 °C)

The passive operation doesn't last long, and the fan quickly ramps up its speed, producing 25–30 dBA. The 30 dBA mark is surpassed at around 610 W load, and 40–45 dBA are produced with more than 690 W load.
