Let's start with a worst case scenario first: The default 241 W configuration is compared against the same CPU running at a 50 W power limit—severely crippled. While 50 W isn't realistic for a high-end CPU, it's still interesting to see the effect on frametimes.
Frametimes 125 W vs 241 W
Now a more realistic test: 241 W against 125 W, which matches the official Processor Base Power value. Differences here are minimal, pretty much non-existent, especially for the subjective experience.
