Initial Setup

Currently KLEVV only has a White version of the CRAS XR5 memory available for sale. While White theme computer builds are becoming more prevalent as of late, there is still a shortage of brands selling white variations of popular products. While KLEVV may have the advantage of offering an uncommon heatspreader color, it lacks good RGB lighting implementation. While aesthetics are purely subjective in nature, these individual LEDs are easy to spot, leaving unlit sections throughout the light bar. Those who that have the default RGB rainbow effect on will probably not notice, but some color combinations do stand out more than others.

Enabling XMP Profile

The KLEVV CRAS XR5 DD5-6200 memory kit had no stability issues during the main testing phase. Though, it should noted that this kit is reaching into the limits of what the AMD Ryzen 7000 processors internal memory controller can handle. Therefore, this memory kit is recommended to be paired only with a Intel 12th or 13th Gen CPU for maximum compatibility between different motherboards. For AMD users, it is ideal to follow the guidelines set by the motherboard manufacturer QVL lists for best chances of success. Updating the motherboard BIOS to the newest version will help with higher-speed memory kit support for those who are experiencing issues. This is especially important for AMD motherboards paired with Ryzen 7000 series processors.
