Introduction

If you were in the market for a superb 27-inch gaming monitor, you inevitably ended up browsing the recent OLED offerings from brands like Acer, ASUS, Corsair, and LG. This list is now joined by KTC (Key To Combat), a company you might remember from our recent review of their affordable IPS gaming monitor H27T22 (reviewed here). With the OLED G27P6, which we'll thoroughly cover in this review, KTC is again playing into its greatest strength: offering essentially the same hardware, at a lower price.



The KTC OLED G27P6 is equipped with a 27-inch QHD (2560x1440) OLED panel with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. It's the same impressive LG Display WOLED panel used by the likes of the Acer Predator X27U, Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, Corsair Xeneon 27QHD240 (reviewed here), and LG 27GR95QE. However, KTC sells the OLED G27P6 for $800 and often discounts it for even less, while the closest competitor pricewise, the LG 27GR95QE, goes for almost $100 more. Every other monitor from that list is even more expensive. Equally important, judging by the spec sheet, KTC didn't strip the OLED G27P6 of any of the functionality. You still get full panel adjustability (including a two-sided pivot), a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and 65 W Power Delivery, an integrated KVM switch, and even a glowing logo on the back – for those who care about such features.
