There is a solitary piece of Lenovo software preinstalled on the Legion 5 Pro, called Lenovo Vantage. It is an all-in-one package that has several panels to configure and monitor the Legion 5 Pro.

The primary page serving as the landing screen, has most of the hardware features you might want to adjust front and center, although you will have to scroll a little bit to reveal it all. The Legion 5 Pro offers full control of MUX switching, which can be set into a hybrid automatic mode, or forced to use a specific GPU you desire, so that you can get either maximum battery life, or maximum performance. Such flexibility is not as common as I personally would like, yet featuring it shows Lenovo takes customer needs seriously.

The final bit of functionality Lenovo Vantage offers is a way to add in additional supporting software, should you be looking for something like color profile management or an antivirus, you can find those here.

I was very pleased to see Nahamic 3.0 audio software provided as well. If you haven't had a chance to use a system that supports it, you really should. The audio clarity provided by solutions that make use of Nahamic are far and above what those that are without it can offer.
