A Closer Look

Lian Li has opted to implement numerous features when it comes to the radiator design. As can be seen in the first image the tubing exits the end tank and is held in place with two brackets out of the box. To hide the tubing and brackets a plastic cover is used to keep things looking clean. Users can remove the brackets and cover to switch the tubing to the other side to improve compatibility and mounting options. As for the FPI (fins-per-inch) of the radiator I measured 19-20 depending on the area of the radiator, which is fairly typical and consistent with most all-in-one liquid coolers on the market.

The pump block design is very simple with a boxy shape that has an appearance that looks fairly similar to brushed aluminium. The IPS display located on top is 480 x 480 pixels and measures 2.88". As for the wiring, it exists the pump between the tubes which while I am not really a fan of, is by design and has a purpose here. Essentially one of the tubing clips has a built-in clip for the wiring harness to help route the cables up and to where they need to go when the radiator is installed at the top of the case. This should help keep clutter to a minimum and improve overall looks. As for the fittings they are nothing special, but the silver accent ring at the top does help tie it together visually with the brushed aluminium side plate on the radiator. When it comes to the copper cold plate it is slightly convex but has no visible machining marks. While it doesn't have a polished finish I can say it's a step up from other units I have reviewed.

For the fans Lian Li is using GF.12F2K5.000B0 120 mm fans that are slightly thicker at 28 mm vs the standard 25 mm. The fans have an RPM range of 200 to 2500 and in terms of airflow are rated to deliver a max of 73.14 CFM.
