Assembly
Installing the motherboard is done by using spacers and screws. There is plenty of space above the board to route cables, while the bottom edge sits pretty close to the shroud and utilizes the three openings there for leads to reach the right connections in that area. The GPU support bracket actually works really well—the rubber lining helps ensure no vibrations from the GPU fans are passed on to the case.
Adding an SSD is easy, but still utilizes screws. Simply pull the tray of your choice off the case, screw down the drive, and pop it back onto the mounting points with rubber rings. With the drive mounted inside, there is still enough room to easily connect the cables.
To install a 3.5" unit, simply pull the tray out and snap a drive into place. The tray actually features mounting holes for 2.5" drives as well, should you require more of those. Once filled, simply slide it back in until the clips spring into place, which secures it well.
As expected, sliding the PSU in was a bit of a tight ordeal, but ended up just fine. There is plenty of room for longer units as well, so you should be fine even if your unit is not as compact as the Montech Century 850 W PSU.
With everything in place, the interior looks nice and clean because of the white cable cover. The cutout in the shroud also nicely shows off the installed PSU with its branding. On the backside of the motherboard are lots of possibilities to use zip ties to hold everything in place, which makes for a clean look as well, allowing you to easily access the storage locations and ARGB controller post assembly.
Finished Looks
Once turned on, the ARGB strip running up the front looks really cool, especially with the backlit logo as part of the animation. A white power LED also lets you know that the system is up and running.
Looking at the front, the ARGB line is sufficiently visible even in the fairly bright studio setting, while the clear window shows off everything inside the rig with ease. In the rear, everything is essentially where you would expect it, and the glow of the rear fan can also clearly be seen at this angle. You may cycle through a large number of animations with the toggle button on top of the case, and there are several solid colors to select from as well, which you can see below.
