Storage Performance
The MSI MAG B660M Mortar WiFi DDR4 is light on M.2 sockets since the B660 communication to the CPU is half that of the Z690 chipset. This only leaves a limited number of USB ports and single 20 Gbps USB-C port available.AIDA64 (SATA 6 Gb/s)
AIDA64 (USB 3.2)
The external USB-C enclosure is only rated for 10 Gb/s; 860 MB/s is right on target for most USB 3.2 Gen2 2x1 (10 Gbps) enclosures.
AIDA64 (NVMe M.2)
Both M.2 sockets are listed as Gen4 x4, and neither show signs of bandwidth restraints.
