Storage Performance

The MEG X299 CREATION has plenty to offer in terms of storage options, even before the Thunderbolt M3 and M.2 Xpander-Aero are counted. Generally, the board did well, but didn't top any charts. The MEG X299 CREATION has a couple of additional storage controllers; an ASMedia ASM1074 for six USB 3.1 Gen1 ports on the back panel and an ASMedia ASM3142 for three USB 3.1 Gen2 ports.
