Packaging
Nanoxia packages the Deep Silence 1 in a full-color cardboard box with an image of the chassis on the front. On the rear, you will find a few images detailing the advantages of the chassis, and both sides give detailed information about its specs and its features.
Two fairly sturdy Styrofoam spacers hold the case in place, and a plastic bag protects the chassis from scratches and finger prints. The bag on our sample looks used, which is a sign that the case was unpacked before being sent to us. This is perfectly fine, but keep that aspect in mind towards the end of the review.
Contents
Nanoxia ships their first case with a 5.25" to 3.5" adapter for the external drive bay, a P4 power cable extension, screws, zip ties, and four solid rubber-grommets to replace the water cooling ones in the back of the chassis in case you don't use those.
