Initial Setup

Once installed in my Intel test system, we can see that the Patriot Viper Venom RGB DDR5-6200 CL40 kit may not fit the theme of every build due to the two-tone heatspreader and red accents. Moving on to the topic of lighting, because this memory only has 8 LEDs in total, they are brighter to compensate and not that appealing overall as individual LEDs can be seen from a distance. This is of course subjective in nature. However, I believe RGB software will help configure the brightness if the bright LEDs become a issue.
