To Phanteks Evolv has it all: cool looks, excellent quality, great compatibility, and an adequate price to match. I could stop writing the conclusion there, but let's go into some detail nonetheless.

The Evolv is a mATX chassis that caters to both liquid-cooling fans and those looking to install a larger air cooler, as you should easily be able to place a 140 mm tower cooler within or go all out with a dual-radiator. If you do the latter, Phanteks does also include placement possibilities for the pump and radiator. For more traditional setups, the Evolv can hold up to five hard drives right out of the box, with the possibility to add a sixth via an optional 2.5" tray. Should you fancy DVDs or BluRays, there is the possibility to install a 5.25'' optical drive bay. You may even go as far as to change the color of the power LED in the front since Phanteks also includes several differently colored LEDs.

The Phanteks Evolv even includes all the nifty extras we have come to love from Phanteks. There is the fan PCB for easily powering multiple cooling units, the Velcro strips for cable management, and the Plastic box with its pre-sorted set of screws.

The end-result is one of the most versatile mATX cases we have ever reviewed. It really does cater to both the air-cooling and liquid-cooling enthusiasts without compromising either. All the features are also of great quality and useful, and Phanteks even made a point of utilizing a great material mix. Phanteks genuinely seems to strive towards building the perfect chassis. Every new case they build seems to bring them a step closer, and the Phanteks Evolv is not exception.
