Relying solely on the PS5's main fan to keep it cool, this PSU does not have an internal fan. On top of that, its case is made out of plastic and doesn't have large ventilation holes. A metal chassis would offer better heat dissipation, but would also require a grounded inlet.
Connectors
There are two spade terminals on the PCB, and the power supply has corresponding female sockets which make connecting and disconnecting the PSU very easy. This way, energy losses are minimized, too.
