Build Quality & Comfort

The Rosewill Nebula GX50 is a well-made headset. Its outer headband is made out of metal, and the inner one is padded with soft memory foam and covered in pleather. There are no loose parts, creaky joints, or even exposed wires that connect these ear cups - they are protected with a thick layer of rubber.

The ear cups are extremely pleasant to the touch due to their rubber coating. Even though I'm not entirely convinced that the ear cushions are made out of pleather-covered memory foam, as stated in the specifications, they're still fairly soft and very large - so large that they never touch any part of the ears, resting on the sides of the head instead. Their clamping force isn't too strong either, so I was perfectly able to use the Rosewill Nebula GX50 for hours at a time without any soreness or discomfort. I wouldn't go so far as to say that you'll forget that you're wearing it, as that's reserved for the most comfortable headsets on the market, but it's definitely comfortable enough to be used regularly.
