A Closer Look
The T-Force Vulcan Z 3200 MHz features a very simple profile with angular, stamped heat spreaders.
The T-Force Vulcan Z sticks have a gray heat spreader that has a simple outline, but lots of stamped lines and angles for more detail.
"T-Force" is centered on one side of the sticks, and "Vulcan Z" is on the right side.
The specifications on the T-Force Vulcan Z 3200 MHz are quite good for the price, featuring a 3200 MHz XMP profile at 16-18-18-38 1.35 V. Because of how small these sticks are, Team Group has placed the specifications sticker in the middle instead of on the side.
"T-Force" is also printed on top of the sticks so as to be more prominent in a finished build.
As the specifications would suggest, the sticks are single-sided.
The only visible PCB mark on the T-Force Vulcan Z is a little "288".
I like to weigh a stick from each kit I get as the difference in mass can be pretty drastic between kits. Mass is not the best indicator of cooling efficiency because material can matter, and of course, heat dissipation is reliant on surface area, not volume or mass. That said, it is still interesting to compare.
The T-Force Vulcan Z 3200 MHz comes in at just 32.04 g on my scale, which puts them on the low end of things. For height, the T-Force Vulcan Z comes in at 32.18 mm with my calipers, making it the shortest kit I have measured. This kit is ideal for SFF builds where space is at a premium.
