Performance with multiple clients was very good. We measured network transfer speeds of up to 230 MB/s with two of five Ethernet ports utilizing the Link Aggregation Control Protocol.
Here are some screenshots of the system's monitoring page while the multi-client tests were running. Note the very high memory utilization of nearly 100% in some cases. Exactly the same thing happened in these tests with the Thecus N7710-G, a unit with 4 GB of RAM just like this one, so we believe there to be a bug in the OS Thecus should look into fast. However, it didn't seem to affect performance, so the numbers the OS reports might be false. In any case, their programmers should fix it. Finally, the highest power consumption reading we got during the multi-client tests was 56.6 W.
