A Closer Look

When it comes to closed-loop coolers, most of the radiators remain fairly similar, and the Thermaltake Floe DX 360 is no different. Its 360 mm radiator is standard-fare, with no identifying logos or extras, and as such, a simple aluminium radiator, nothing more. As for the radiator's FPI (fins-per-inch), it sits at around 20-21, which is the same as the majority of closed-loop coolers on the market. In regards to overall build quality, it's solid with no bent fins or issues out of the box. When it comes to tubing, it is 400 mm long sleeved EPDM rubber tubing.

The pump is round, with the Thermaltake logo front and center and illuminated by RGB LEDs and the white ring circling it. In regards to the tubing, it is connected to swivel fittings on the pump housing, with the wiring for LEDs and pump directly next to it. As for the copper cold plate, it has visible machining marks; however, they could not be felt.

The three fans are 120 mm RGB offerings with an RPM range of 500–1500. Since these fans have an RGB ring, I took a moment to take a quick measurement, and they came in at around 105 mm across, which is a good deal smaller than the typically 115 mm of standard fans.
