Size and Build Quality

Of course, we get a mouse pad with this combo pack even though it's rather small. The Tt eSPORTS Dasher Mini Slim is 235 mm (9.25") long, 190 mm (7.48") tall, and only 2 mm (0.08") thick, which means it might be an ideal travel companion. Its edges are stitched, so fraying should not be an issue.


The build quality is pretty remarkable; I encountered no bumpy or uneven spots anywhere—even the stitching along its edges looks nice and even. Its size and thickness had it lay out kind of flat very quickly after unboxing, but in order to have it perfectly level on the table, you will probably need to use it for a day or two.

Surface

The surface weaving is smooth horizontally, and a bit rougher vertically. It's way smoother than the standard edition SteelSeries QcK or Dream Machines DM, but not as smooth as the QcK Limited or Razer Goliathus Speed, for instance. It looks and feels identical to my custom Huado mouse pad, which I purchased off AliExpress. There are some rather large printings on the bottom area of the mouse pad, but these are level with the surface and don't cause any tracking anomalies.

Underside

Flipping it over to its underside, the Dasher Mini Slim has a polyurethane base, which is a rather tacky material, so it theoretically shouldn't move around your desk a lot. However, it doesn't stick too well in practice. I highly suggest spraying a tiny amount of hair spray on to it for a better grip. Of course, this may vary based on your surface—my table top has a smooth wooden surface.

Performance

As far as performance goes, the Dasher Mini Slim has no problems whatsoever. The sensors I tested on it worked flawlessly; there are no anomalies, spin-outs, or any other errors of the sort.
