The Verbatim Executive Metal USB drive is a good looking and really sturdy flash drive. Its bulky armor looks may appeal to those who want to feel the weight and cold of metal in their hands or on their key chains. This shell should make the Store'n'Go Executive a robust offering which should easily take the beating of every day use. In terms of performance, the drive manages to deliver 25 MB/s read, but falls short by a long shot in terms of write performance. While a little hit is acceptable the maximum of a mere 6 MB/s when 25 MB/s is advertised is not. Simply due to this fact, the Verbatim Store'n'Go Executive cannot be recommended as is - there are simply too many other appealing and similarly tough drives out there which will perform much better overall.
