The Xilence Interceptor Pro chassis is the perfect example of what you can get for your money, without having to make sacrifices in quality or functionality. While the chassis may feel a bit flimsy here and there, the quality is still quite alright all around. The chassis offers features usually only found in much more expensive cases and does not compromise in any area. A whooping twelve PCB-equipped hot swap bays, four of which are actual 2.5" variants, the fact that you may install fans directly unto the PCB makes this case a joy to work with. On top of that, the massive space is well used, giving the user incredible water cooling capabilities.
All this would make a solid HPTX case, so those not needing the extra ITX compartment can grab the normal Interceptor instead and save a bit of money. Even though the top part of the chassis comes at a price premium of roughly 60 Euro, it also make the Interceptor Pro a unique case. The bottom line is, that you get a really good chassis, loaded with useful, solid features which are well implemented. This gives the Xilence Interceptor Pro the much need price/performance advantage needed to turn the focus from more traditional designs to this crazy large chassis. With the Interceptor Pro you get roughly 23 kg worth of good chassis for a good price. I just wished that there was a real price advantage between the Interceptor and the Interceptor Pro, but this is the price you pay for something special.
