Introduction

XMG as a brand has been around since 2009. In the nearly 14 years since then, they have released numerous desktop and laptop PCs that all feature a directive on high-end gaming; founded by gamers, the XMG brand has truly been focused on setting the bar for high-end portable gaming. A watercooled laptop just seems like an oddity that few might consider, yet at its core, although the XMG NEO 17 is built for high-end gaming, it manages to do so without all the noise that some other high-end laptops are plagued by, and the optional OASIS LCS just takes that a step further, and then delivers a level of sonic load characteristics that matches many laptops at idle.
