To give an impression when i say that i'm working at my rig.
I need to design a cable chamber for all the cables in the frontchamber (Mainboard). It is not that easy as i want to have all channels connected to have a clean view. In the next picture you see the channels in a design program:
After everything is designed and exported the designed model needs to be sliced in a special program. Therrefor i used in this case Chitubox. In the next picture the model is placed on the virtual Buildplate ready to be sliced:
After I pressed the Slice-Button the program prepares a file that is understood by the 3D-printer. The program also tells how long the print cpossibly will be and how much material (Resin) is used for the print:
Each layer of a print is a less than a mm high. In my printers case 0,05mm. The program slices the model into a certain amount of layers and define which Led's of the build in screen has to be enlightened. So per layer a picture is generated. At the end all pictures are written into a single file ready to be transferred to the printer. I'm not that theoretical guy. I grew up working with metal. So i design step by step. I design the first chanel. Then the second one. Both are connected and the errors are fixed. Then the story starts again with a third channel. Designing, connecting printing and fixing. So it goes on till everything is fine. This two channels took me a week of working on.
