Razer Imperator Offers Comfort, Customization For All Right-Handers
Razer, the world's leading manufacturer of high-end precision gaming and lifestyle peripherals, today announced the Razer Imperator, a right-handed ergonomic mouse for palm and fingertip gamers. The Razer Imperator is designed with gaming-grade ergonomics in mind - contours and grooves specifically crafted to enhance aggressive mousing movements made by gamers.
"Ergonomics and control were the key objectives with this mouse" said Robert "Razerguy" Krakoff, president, Razer. "Your grip stays locked and planted no matter how often you lift and swipe your mouse while playing. One of the typical complaints of gamers is the difficulty in reaching the side or thumb buttons on a mouse. We have pioneered adjustable side buttons that slide and lock into your ideal thumb position. You just can't get a more custom tailored fit than the Razer Imperator."About The Razer Imperator
Contoured for comfort, the Razer Imperator delivers gaming-grade ergonomics that reduces strain during extended gameplay and provides added grip during aggressive mousing movements. The Razer Imperator also features Razer's first adjustable side buttons to ensure customized positioning for a variety of hand sizes and gaming grips. In addition to its ergonomically-designed form factor, the Razer Imperator comes armed with the 5600dpi Razer Precision 3.5G laser sensor for nothing less than pinpoint precision.

I’m a huge supporter of Razer but goodness...they could have just developed a left handed mouse or made a left handed version of an existing mouse.
FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
Btw. Imperator? What happened to animal names?
Still too expensive, most I would spend on a mouse is about $40 tops, and it would have to be good for me to spend that much, tho I am not a die hard online gamer
Im looking forward to my new Deathadder coming :D

Check it's scientific name.
This new mouse looks like a "refined" version of the DeathAdder . . . I don't see too much of a point to upgrade from the DA, aside from the higher polling rates.
Edit and there is loads of laft handed people around using comps these days.

shoowing of the DPI´s ???
I will turn it around, why not have an OLED screen?
I play with 3200 DPi and when I had Lachesis, I used 4000 DPi (or whatever it has). It was fine, well except all those issues I had.. and sold it before those new good FW camed up.
I think that 5k+ is still pretty much usable.. tough, it will depend also on resolution used.
About left handed, not sure how you, but I know few ppl and all learned to use right hand.. friend doesn´t have problem with that and hes quite skilled in FPS..
Ofc it would be much better, if there were at least one gaming mouse designed purely for left handed, I think it could actually sell pretty well..
