I don't quite understand all the dual fan madness on cards that barely get warm when used.
Apparently, fans are cheaper than larger aluminum chunk used for heatsink...

I kinda like that it looks like other Gigabyte nVidia cards. It makes them all easily recognizable as Gigabyte cards, even if it isn't really necessary for this card.

Don't forget that NV branded the gt 430 the "best" HTPC card. The one's without fans are surely not the best! So for your best card, you want the best cooling that will go with it. /sarcasm, of course! Marketing bro... And it will work.
