Do you not read what other giveaways ask of you? TPU asking for likes, everyone asks for likes now. It is what they do, if a company wants to do a giveaway with you, they also ask for facebook likes. It is stupid I know, but A lot easier than anything else.
Also BTW if I want to give away a product for free for something, I can do it, there is no law against it, good luck enforcing it. As what people don't understand is that laws aren't enforced until there is precedent for them. Sure you could try to sue the company, I am sure they would just bankrupt you.
UD4H'e memory OC is very good.
