PNY Introduces the GeForce GTX 780 Ti Overclocked

PNY has today unveiled a factory-overclocked and custom cooled GeForce GTX 780 Ti card. Seen below, this new, XLR8 Series model packs a triple-fan cooling solution and features 2880 CUDA Cores, Base/Boost GPU clocks of 980/1046 MHz (vs 876/928 MHz on stock cards) , a 384-bit memory interface, 3 GB of GDDR5 VRAM set to 7000 MHz, 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe power connectors, and dual-DVI, HDMI 1.4b and DisplayPort 1.2 outputs.

The GeForce GTX 780 Ti Overclocked has a recommended price tag of $749.99.

Its like an anacronym. Its meant to sound like "accelerate".

Likely PNY finds it easier to source from Palit. PNY are generally associated with stock reference models (both consumer and as one of larger workstation card vendors), so probably approached Palit (who are a sizeable GPU vendor) rather than sink money into a proprietary design.
