Things I like about this board:
  • Features the new Realtek DRAGON LAN. Would be interesting how it does over Intel's i-219V or Qualcomm's Killer E2400.
  • HDMI 2.0 (very few boards have this)
  • No obstructions around screw holes (Gigabyte is the only one that has implemented this)
Things I don't like:
  • 4-way Crossfire but no mention about SLI support.
  • No separate audio path.

ECS gets a bad rap but my old ECS P67 Deluxe still going strong with a 2500K oced to 4.2Ghz in a friends rig.

I believe SLI needs x8 PCI-E in order to work. So this would be limited to two-way SLI since the1151 chipset only has 16 PCI-E lanes.
