>giant yellow sticker across the whole side so it won't match anything except MSI XPower boards and Lightning GPUs
They do realize that when you place the PSU at the bottom of the case, the leds are impossible to see.
OR is the fan on the other side on this pic
I do not like the fan on top, I would rather intake come from outside the case.
Now if the you have a case with lots of open space underneath and the LEDs are bright enough, a glow from underneath could add to eye candy.
Overall, its more hype vs price.
