Swiftech Intros the Apogee XL2 CPU Water Block

Swiftech introduced the second-generation of its flagship CPU water-blocks, the Apogee XL2. These blocks are characterized by clear acrylic tops, and an RGB multi-color LED peeking out of a Swiftech logo in the center. Swiftech redesigned the coolant channel to have reduced flow restriction compared to the previous generation Apogee XL block by 5%. Swiftech is including its Iris RGB LED controller that lets you program the LED. A tube of Apogee HD thermal interface material comes included. The block supports G1/4 fittings; and all modern CPU socket types, including LGA2011x, LGA115x, LGA1366, AM3(+), and FM2(+). The block is priced at US $49.95, and $44.95 without the Iris module.

I'd still like to see how they perform, although i dont think i'd be interested in one unless they do a delrin non-led version

Eh I think it looks fine, just a block of clear material with a light on.

What I want to know is, how long till thermaltake has their version of this?

Would be nice if they just made a better looking block. That alone would boost their sales by quite a bit.
