Just looks like a Asus mobo copy cat.

But I can imagine "innovating" on motherboards could be hard.

Well outside of quality parts there isn't much "innovation" a good mobo is a good mobo for the most part higher prices just means more options like more sata ports, or fancy uefi settings that most people don't mess with or extra nics or wifi integration etc. Higher end audio solutions is probably the only one that's used commonly although i've seen people buy rog asus boards with decent dac and amp built into the board ignored because they use an external dac. TBH as i don't OC most boards near the cheapest of mobo is good enough in most cases as most of the extra options wont be utilized to begin with. Although i actually do like Asus's "armor" just because of all the dust covers etc which i actually would use and i think most people who buy the boards will use because it's a set it and forget it kind of thing as you build the comp.
