ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti PGF Edition Graphics Card Pictured

ZOTAC released renders of its upcoming GeForce GTX 1080 Ti PGF Edition graphics card, its most premium offering based on NVIDIA's new enthusiast-segment GPU. The card has a design focus on both aesthetics and top-grade overclocking capability. It begins with a gargantuan triple-slot cooling solution that features a dual split aluminium fin-stack heatsink that's ventilated by a trio of 100 mm spinners. The cooler is outfitted with multiple diffused RGB LED lighting elements, along the top side, around the fan intakes, and towards the bottom. Even the back-plate has an acrylic layer that doubles up as an LED diffuser. Not much is known about the PCB, except that it draws power from a pair of 8-pin PCIe power connectors, and features a strong VRM, including a multi-phase capacitor; and support for the ZOTAC OC+ external overclocking module.

looks a bit ugly, but in your case you cant really see the fans anyway

At least they got rid of the big yellow streak across the back of their cards, unlike rgb's you cant turn that off (its literally the only reason i didnt get their 1070)

If the bottom of a case had eyes it would be blind... -_- . As of late I am inclined to start designing aftermarket coolers. Maybe I will hit the same roadblock and go full thailand design.... or maybe I will not.

Omg I just saw that is was a zotac card.. (the pictures blinded me) Zotac should know better than this imo!

They're designing more and more to the Asian consumer (bad) taste.
This is what happens when you let manufacturing go off-shore, our politicians should be hanged on street lamp poles.

I hope that's not what the actually card looks like.....bleh.

They had such a decent looking lineup with their 9xx series. I suppose it doesn't matter to me since I'm not buying anything from this generation, but that doesn't change the fact that the card is hideous looking.

Wow i bet they had to go out of their way to make a card this ugly. It stands out even in the sea of terrible looking aftermarket GPUs.

You forgot "Q"...

Seriously though, I don't like that DVI connector at all. It's out of place in this modern world and NVIDIA specifically eliminated it to allow better airflow - now these bastards put it back on! :shadedshu:

This cards styling is going to age terribly. It already looks childish and after a few years it's going to look really dated, such a shame.
