Phanteks Launches Sub-Brand MetallicGear
Phanteks has announced the MetallicGear sub-brand which focuses on creating contemporary, innovative, and accessible products for hardware enthusiasts. MetallicGear makes its debut at Computex 2018 with its new line of NEO Series cases. Currently, there are four models under the NEO family. The NEO is a standard mid-tower case made of an aluminum and steel chassis with a tempered glass side panel. This model supports motherboards up to the ATX factor, and it also comes with seven expansion slots. The NEO can house a single 240 mm or 280 mm radiator. The expected MSRP for the NEO is $99.99. The NEO Micro is the micro ATX variant of the family. Due to the reduced size, this model only comes with four expansion slots and support for a 240 mm radiator. The NEO Micro carries a $84.99 price tag.
The NEO Mini is the next model in line which targets mini-ITX users. This particular variant only has two expansions slots. Nevertheless, it has the same radiator support as the NEO. The NEO Mini costs around $69.99. And last, but certainly not least, MetallicGear also offers the NEO-G Mini, which is a slightly modified version of the NEO Mini. The differences reside in the front panel's design and the orientation of the motherboard. The NEO Mini features a conventional vertical orientation, while the NEO-G Mini's design allow the motherboard to sit horizontally on the case. The NEO-G Mini also comes with one extra expansion slot. The price for this model is $79.99.

Looks pretty neat - this already beats the InWin portfolio by miles IMO.. Phanteks has some really good designers over there.
nevermind I found pics on their website
This is the one I was hoping to see, it's a bit smaller and air flow probably isnt as good. It looks like they brought the P37E and P66E over though.
The only recent one they didn't mess up was the P350X
But its no secret anyway that Phanteks focuses on AIO/water cooled rigs in their designs. The P300 is a good example, it lacks the width to fit high end air towers.
The styles look nice.
Good price for the buck. I could see myself building a micro ATX build with those.

If you look at the case on their web-site the USBs on the side cover the length of the front top fan placement. The top fan will only be sucking air from the rightside.
Depending how big the front USB and A/V unit is the wiring might be crossing in front of the fan as well.
You can see more pictures of the Micro ATX version here. ATX here. Both of these are the non-mesh versions (Primo P37E & P66E)
EDIT: Can't post the picture for some reason

"OK, we ain't making no money from the HUGE builder market where emphasis is on price only. We thought that if we put Asus logo on those, it would negatively affect our branding as a vendor of enthusiast quality products, so we don't want our name on them. This allows us to sell low budget products and grab a piece of that market. " Then I started gasping when TS responses from emails to Asus TS were responded from JoeBlow@Pegatron.com
Now ASR is on their own, still w/ Pegatron a sparent company and selling quality products to compete with Asus.
From the press release again I got no indication of where I should start when looking for a case. What us supposed to attract a buyer to one or the other.
