be quiet!, the market leader in PC power supplies in Germany for twelve consecutive years, recently introduced the Dark Base 700, Dark Rock 4, Dark Rock Pro 4, and the Straight Power 11 series to the U.S. market. be quiet! is now announcing the opening of its U.S. based service center. Customers buying premium products expect premium service. be quiet! does its best to ensure their shipped products have zero defects, but when a customer needs help, it is of the utmost importance that they are assisted as quickly as possible.

The service center is intended for both consumer and business customers. If necessary, support will come in the form of product service or replacement, while other issues may require no more than sending spare parts to the customer. With a local warehouse and knowledgeable, committed employees, be quiet! promises all its customers a great product and service experience.

If a customer has an issue with a be quiet! product, needs spare parts, or simply wants assistance with assembly or installation, they are free to directly contact the be quiet! U.S. service center for after-sales support.

They wouldn't let them call the company "shut the f**k up", so they had to settle for "be quiet". Their products are fairly decent in general, and their PSUs are made by Fortron, HEC, Seasonic, and FSP.

but seriously, do you know which units are seasonic made ? bq has excellent service in Poland, might be my next pus brand, I just wanna know which line to buy and which to avoid since it's all about the oem.
