DeepCool Intros Macube 110 White Micro-ATX Chassis

DeepCool today debuted the Macube 110 line of Micro-ATX cases with the Macube 110 White. Featuring a slightly wider and deeper profile, this case can accommodate graphics cards up to 33 cm in length, and CPU coolers up to 16.5 cm in height, in its roomy upper compartment. You can mount either three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans along the front panel, a pair of 140 mm or 120 mm fans along the top panel, and a 120 mm rear exhaust.

The Macube 110 White uses matte-white along its front, right-side, and top panels, while contrasting black makes up the interiors, the rear, and the tint of its tempered glass left side-panel. Storage options include two 3.5-inch mounts, and a pair of 2.5-inch mounts. A pair of USB 3.x type-A ports, and 4-pole 3.5 mm jack make up the front panel. The case measures 400 mm x 225 mm x 431 mm (LxWxH). The company didn't reveal pricing.

It's got a pretty clean and simple aesthetic

i like the simplistic look, but bigger vents up front would be better. Also - what's with all the cases having next to no USB ports up front nowadays?!!

I presume they want to keep front empty for that simplistic look.

Which would by why so many cases offer no 3.5/5.25 drive bays either.

But yeah, it's only slightly more of a cube than my current Fractal Design Focus G Mini, which is pretty clearly mini-tower.

Mah-cube. I like DeepCool, bought one their cases recently, the only simple rectangle shaped cases without horrible airflow for relatively cheap.

Aesthetics I suppose, all of these manufactures slowly converge towards closed off tempered glass boxes with no discernible features.

Yay!

It's not the most exciting or innovative case I've seen but MicroATX needs more love.

On closer inspection it needs more intakes too, these solid front panel designs only work if there's a decent amount of ventilation somewhere else, and in this case, there isn't.

I've been thinking about an mATX build but want a Bitfenix Prodigy, and they are hard to find now.

Well, function before style. If this goes on, we're gonna buy PC cases in an arts' galleries. And they're gonna be useless, but "at least they look good, right?"

There's so much space to put at least 4 USB t.A and 1 t.C, but "Hell no! That would ruin the symmetry we made here."

A major, epic f.A.i.L on soooooo many levels:

A) It's not a cube..

B) It doesn't look like a mac...

C) No USB-C, AND only 2x A ports....

D) Snoozerfest no-design-effort, which is practically identical to all of the other 2,951,643.87 same ole same same lame lame rectangular boxen that EVERYBODY else is makin these days, and having the balls to call it "new"

Oh and my favorite part:

y.A.w.N........:kookoo:..:p..
