addlink Launches Spider 4 and Spider X4 Series DDR4 Memory

Building on the success of the AddGame series (A division of addlink Technology Company), addlink is proud to announce Addgame's latest high-performance overclocking memory, SPIDER 4 and SPIDER X4 DDR4. Spider X4 features a large wide-angle lighting strip with dynamic multi-zone RGB lighting, combines with a premium aluminium heat spreader. Dude, this is clearly transformative, and thus falls under fair use. I mean, they added RGB! What else can you possibly ask for? It's the most radical thing you can possibly do to anything, after all.

(And yes, I know fair use doesn't really apply for a commercial application like this either.)

Hardly. They're still using someone else's copyrighted content to advertise their own products. Putting it on the product itself would have made the infringement worse, but it's pretty clear-cut without it too.
