VAIO Launches the 14.1-inch FE Laptop Series with 12th Gen Intel Core CPUs

I helped a friend recently laptop shop, found a great deal on a 120hz 1080p IPS 15.6" rtx 3050 and 11th gen intel, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, it was $699

just hard to justify integrated graphics and 60hz screen for the same price just cause the cpu might be a smidge faster.

Same here, but hers had a 1TB drive, 3070, and 32GB ram for only 819.....it will do everything she needs and then some (beginner-level CAD mainly), so she's golden for several years....and when she asked about blowin $300 moar for the 12gen cpu, I responded with a resounding N.O.

It's a VAIO avoid at all costs. Still trying to cash in on the brand Sony once owned and made a good name for. Now the same investment fund that owns Olympus' camera division. They trashed the VAIO name long ago.
